24 HOUR ACCESS

Our Gym is available for use 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We use an app to give you a digital key to our facility which is linked to your membership. Train any time that suits your lifestyle and don't allow restricted opening hours be a barrier to your fitness.

A VAST RANGE OF EQUIPMENT

Be it cardio, resistance training or functional fitness you prefer, we cater for all. We have a full suite of cardio and resistance machines, spacious free weights area and a dedicated functional area upstairs.

PERSONAL AND GROUP TRAINING
